Mission Statement: The Hibbing College Foundation is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization that exists to strengthen the availability of higher education at Minnesota North College-Hibbing through financial support for scholarships and enhancement of programs.

Vision Statement: The Hibbing College Foundation is a well-known and respected organization which provides financial support to Minnesota North College – Hibbing students allowing them to reach their personal educational goals.
